I've got a black 97 as well. My paint doesn't look nearly that good though! Congrats.

Check my web site for details as to what all I've done to my car to keep it running. The 97s were somewhat experimental for Porsche and had a lot of issues that have hopefully be sorted out on your car. Mine needed a lot of TLC from the 3 previous owners doing nothing but driving the car like they stole it.
