I like the one with the wrong rims to be honest. The warranty (if it's bumper to bumper) can be worth a lot of money and if the rims really bug you they are the easiest thing on the car to change later on. The low milage is a nice plus too although I don't think the first one is that bad either, I would avoid the one with the new engine that is always a red flag for me. There may be nothing wrong with it but with the prices being very similar on all of the cars it's not like you're saving anything going with the new engine and who knows why it needed that engine and what other problems may show up months/years down the road.
