I'll go out on a limb and say yes, normal.
It has been a really humid year here, and my a/c has dumped alarming amounts of water from the area near the front cowl and passenger wheel well. Once, when the humidity was near 80%, the condensation was running back to the rear, over to the drivers side, and even into the drivers footwell a little bit.
You can check and see if it feels oily or has any faint smell to it, but I bet you're fine.
