It couldn't be done... too much protesting would result. That would be like if a study showed that African Americans were 25% more likely to get into an accident so they raised their rates. It wouldn't exactly go over very well. They can justify age by inexperience... try justifying driving ability related to gender or race and not sounding like a bigot.

When people risk their lives, shouldn't it be for something very important?
Well, it better be.
But what is so important about driving faster than anyone else?
Lots of people go through life doing things badly. Racing's important to men who do it well.
When you're racing, it's life. Anything that happens before or after is just waiting.
