Update: Vacuum canister was said to have a small leak (wasn't holding pressure). They replaced it for the cost of the part only ($24), no labor charge. But said if that doesn't solve the CEL codes the only thing left to do is remove and clean out any carbon in the manifolds...est. cost $400. Hopefully it doesn't need that.
