Try this site for cleaning stuff We Are Car Care -- Car Wax, Car Polish, Auto Detailing Supplies, Car Buffers & Car Accessories Store

I recommend Raggtopp Cleanser to wash the top with a VERY soft brush.
Once it's dried in the sun for a few hours apply the Ragtopp Protectant spray.
Don't use any regular car wash soap on the canvas, it will attract dust and lead to stretch marks, dark spots, uglies, etc.

For the leather, I use either 1Z leather cleaner or Griot's Garage leather cleaner.
The 1Z i've been using for a longer time, it leaves a very clean matte finish with a terry cloth towel. I'm always amazed how many stains are left on the towel. I guess it strips off all the leather protectors so that the leather is as clean as can be. Then I reapply a the leather conditioner every month or so. This is very important on the driver's side near the upper side where your arms are constantly rubbing. The leather will crack there and its not long before it's ripping.
