Exhaust bypass pipes and Transmission boot identification

Gents,
My "inexpensive" muffler and accompanying bypass pipes have never had the greatest "fit" and finish on my car... was tired of staring at my exhaust tips pointing in at each other, and also wanted to fix a bunch of exhaust leaks at all the connections.

Need some advice on if you think this is "adjustable" by a muffler shop. You can see on the driver's side pipe that the angle is off a bit from the cat and it's pushing into the transmission/bracket thing (not sure what that is). I want to correct this, but not sure if a muffler shop would be able to fix the angle on the pipe.

My other question is on the side of the transmission (it's a Tip), there's a rubber boot on what appears to be the shift linkage. This is now in 2 pieces and cracking a bit. Anyone know the part number on that?
