In neutral and parking brake on when parked unless on a hill, the parking brake and in gear.
At lights I'm in neutral and in fact just coast around a lot in neutral when decelerating. Keeping the clutch pedal pushed keeps the throw out bearing engaged and spinning under load. My thought is there's no reason to put the extra wear on the bearing.
