The guy filming in the Hummer should have kept his distance once he saw that a sports car was hopping the median due to driver retardation. You can see the car to his right back off but he wants to get good video

Following that close behind with the median to his left and a moron acting a moving chicane leaves him exposed. Not to mention his rolling house has the maneuverability of a shark in a hot tub. Typical SUV driver obliviousness to his car's limitations.
