Will these cigarette lighter input maintainers hold/keep the radio codes and stop any ECU issues when changing the battery ? Can you keep these plugged in while you change the battery ? I assume if the answer is yes you should be careful with the positive battery cable in regards to hitting chassis metal while doing a battery switch ?
