Oh I will never forget the rocket III. When I was in college in Texas, I had a YamahaR6 and I used to visit an uncle in Houston frequently that owned the Triumph. So every now and then, I'd take her out for a spin and I still remember the distinct feeling of sitting on an 800 lb machine that had so much torque that the chassis wanted to twist from under me when I sat in neutral and just revved the throttle and I remember thinking to myself "What were they thinking? But I freaking love it". Contrary to what most people would expect, the in line three was really really quick,i remember reading that they had to limit it to prevent people from hurting themselves. The Uncle never had any problems keeping up with our crotch rockets, in fact, gave us a run sometimes. Haha
