Pelican Parts is seeking to add highly-motivated telephone sales representatives to our team who will help our customers find the right parts for their specific car applications. All candidates must be very knowledgeable about the mechanical details and parts for German automobiles. We have positions open for sales representatives that specialize in Porsche, BMW, Mercedes, MINI, Audi and Volkswagen.
Responsibilities will include receiving inbound calls from potential customers, helping them with the parts they are looking for and closing the sale. Sales skills and proper telephone etiquette are mandatory. You must be comfortable using a PC desktop computer. The candidate will also be responsible for following up with their customers via email, where proper writing skills and punctual responses are absolutely required.
Call traffic is often heavy and the candidate must be able to change direction and re-focus quickly. The sales team representatives are an important "face" of Pelican Parts and therefore must always represent the company with courtesy and competence. Our company was built upon the principles of providing stellar support to car enthusiasts and do-it-yourselfers.
If considering a telecommuting position, the candidate must have a proper home office free from distractions. The qualified candidate must be responsible, self-motivated and have the ability to perform tasks efficiently.
