This afternoon I tried another thing ... wet sanding !
It's long, and difficult, and I didn't have the right sanding paper (1200 grit instead of 1500 and more), but it worked quite well !
at this state ... I was concerned about how I will get de glossy finish back ...
But after a good rubbing with a rubbing compound :
The door handle took me 30 / 40 minutes
