Unsurprisingly, more than one person decided to point out to you that your Google search result link was not at all a study or driven by official data. So not only did you invent an argument, that no one was making, you decided to argue against it with not very good "back up".
However you did establish that you like posting pictures when attempting to make your points.

Ok. I didn't know that you refer to yourself as being "people". And Police is singular. And you authored the policies on how police ticket people or let them go.
But you are right, right? I do like to invent arguments and I do find them (and myself) amusing. I mean, what else is the internet for? Seriously -- look at how many hits this thread gets. Pure entertainment.
