Front drain maybe became un-clogged ?
Touch and smell test. Small ( Very small ) dab on the fingertip smell it . If you don`t smell coolant taste it. If it taste sweet its coolant. If not it`s water. Oh..do you own a cat by the way ?
May want to just guess then.
