Bilstein shocks don't have paint dots, that's only applicable to springs. The codes vary widely, look for earlier posts from me when I did the ROW M030 retrofit, regarding spring dot colors.
Not sure what you're asking, it sounds like you retained the stock springs. New Bilsteins only come in HD, Sport, and OEM flavors
