I had a copy on the way before I got my car home. It has helped me immeasurably with becoming familiar with the car.

Step one is how to jack the boxster up safely without hurting it. Handy to know because it would seem that most tasks are performed from underneath.

If you are experienced with turning wrenches (I am) and can read between the lines you can use the pictures and instructions in some of the tasks to complete other tasks.

For example I bled my clutch, took apart my failed parking brake and am going to adjust my shift cables - none of them specific tasks in the book but are related to tasks that are in the book enough to allow you to grasp the project.

Money well spent I would say
