I haven't seen pricing but my recomendation is to pass on this one.
The mileage is not bad but I think you can do much much better.

I hear auto brokers are a good way to go. If you can find one that knows Porsche and has access to the PA private dealer auctions.

Low mileage should be a top priority. Even if maintenance has been done dutifuly repairs are more likely to be done on high mileage cars. And as everyone knows Porsches are not cheap to repair.

p.s.
No 18" wheels, HID lights, and aero kit? you want an S and at least a 2000 if you are buying in this price range (25K-30K)

I paid $30K for 10K miles also a 2000S in Nov. of 2004. This seller may be asking a bit much..
