Holy !@#$% $166 to mount 4 tires? I was hoping I found a new shop but I think not.

Am I way out of line to think it should be cheaper? it is a road force balance, but I took the wheels and tires there and am picking up the old tires so they don't have to do any vehicle lifting, lug bolts etc.

It would be worth it to me to drive the 40 minutes to one of these preferred tire rack installers to avoid that charge.

In this case it is my fault for not nailing down the quote more carefully ahead of time. They said it would be around 25-40 a wheel depending on the amount of weights needed (supposedly they are super expensive), and when they got done magically it was 40. I should have seen that coming

Is it just me? At tire kingdom it would have been $16 per wheel (but with traditional balance and not road force)
