That doesn't work.. No one can be trained about these engines without having first hand experience.. Is never have someone reading cue cards offer support like some places do that offer tech assistance. Anyone who has the required first hand experience will be creating things with their hands, not sitting on a phone line.
I have offered consulting for years, charging people for help is only effective at pissing them off... Trust me, I've been there. We are expected to spend 100k+ a year on development and then give it away. Yes, people have that attitude.
Each day I get closer to removing the telephone system at the facility. We simply do not need it.
