I've heard the AOS can cause this- indirectly I think. You could give the accessory drive belt a light spray with WD40 and see if that solves the problem. For pulley bearings you can push a 1'long pipe against each mounting bolt and with your ear at the other end, listen for a bad bearing. If there is one it will be obvious.
