Not to sound like a broken record but are you on the most recent coolant cap from 2004? That's $20 that could save your engine. I would prioritize updating the coolant system in general.

I just did my rear wheel bearings at 90K miles. They were shot. I'm mean really bad.
Funny thing is I can't really tell or hear a difference with the top down, and my foot off the throttle.
But no bearing lasts forever.
