If the weights are gone anyplace with a wheel balancer can remedy that & alignment will have no effect at all. Make sure your front tire are set for 29psi @ 70 degrees & 35psi in the rear. If the car is new to you check the dates on the tires, if older than 4 years that could be a contributer to the issue.
