I've only been a passenger, and that being in an 86(?) 911 turbo. I'd love to own a 964 or 993 coupe one day, but that would be an addition to the Boxster, not a replacement. I think I'll always need a roadster.
I don't feel horsepower challenged, as I'd driven many 3.2's and 2.7's before deciding on the 03 base. The pull to ~65mph in 2nd gear is more than enough for me. Perhaps if I lived in a less congested area or got more track time I'd change my mind, but for now it's more than enough.
