Bumping this - I just purchased a LED third brake light from eBay seller sportscarextras,
here's a link to his inventory of 986 brake lights. The original item was listed as: "PORSCHE 986 BOXSTER /S CLEAR/SILVER LED 3RD BRAKE LIGHT"
