A 2009 987.2 with PDK and PCM 3.0 and sans IMS for $33k, really nice
The first mod you should do is to replace the steering wheel with a paddle shifter wheel.
The wheel is around $1k from Suncoast and the swap is an easy, less than an hour DIY
