Std 18" sizes and offsets:

F 7.5 x 18 50et
R 9 x 18 52et

Here's a calculator that will help you see how your prospective rims will do:

You don't want to move the fronts too far in as they'll rub the strut. You might have emergency brake clearance issues if you move the rears too far in.
