I've been looking for this kit since the beginning of June also. Checked many vendors and all seem to be on back order. Anyway, best price i could find was from Handsontools.com, this is the last status I received form them;

Here is the latest news on these from SIR Tools:
The B90-P2 not available until 7-31-13
The B90-3J not available until 8-31-13
The B90-3 not available until 8-31-13
