hi all: my 1997 with 20,000 miles on her driver side window not working. I hear the motor but window will not move. I can push window down and pull up by hand. seems like window come out from jaws or something. I need help in opening up inside door panel for first time. what tools needed if any. any suggestions would be most helpful to get fixed. thanks
