Hello all. Because of an unfortunate demise to my previous car, I am in the market. Instead of buying a new/used beige-mobile and getting indentured to a dealership for the next five years, I thought I should buy a car I would actually like for half the price.
Porsche is my starting point. I'm inspired by my dad who always wanted one but never took the plunge due to money and then lifestyle.
I read that 5 best used Porsches article and do think the Boxster best suits my budget, ability, and needs.
I am currently researching and gathering information from all the resources on the internet. I have already learned a lot but have so much more to read. I have also contacted a few sellers and am trying to settle on what the best value would be for my budget.
I live in NW Florida, so if you have a mechanic rec or know of something for sale, let me know.
TLDR: very curious buyer, perhaps one day an owner.
