My guess is one hour per seat.
The hardest part is to remove the motor that moves the back rest.
In your case, you might get away with it.
I did it only once on some old seat I took apart for parts, so my learning curve was high. I guess after you will do the first one, the next will be easyer.
The upholstery is held in place with plastic rails and metal clips, so you don't need any special tools.
Just take your time.
