When I got my '03 a few years ago, it had the factory humps on it. I picked it up in Oregon and then drove it to the coast, having a blast and getting up to 70-80 mph. I noticed they were really flopping around and I was very lucky not to loose one or both. Both click locks were broken. The only thing holding them in place was the little hook in back. for the life of me, I don't know how they stayed in placed. Since then, I replaced both click locks and got the very expensive velcro straps. Now they don't move at all. Hooks in the back, click locks on the side and the straps in front. And on my factory humps, the two halves snap together.
