First, you need to remove the inner wheel well plastic (it takes a 10mm socket) and there are 2 plastic bolts. Remove the wheel well piece to gain access to the third, or top screw of the Stone Guard/Mud Flap/Cone Magnet. The other 2 screws are easily found on the bottom of the vehicle where @mountainman said.
