You're going to be very close to budget if you do the install at home.
The M030 will be roughly $1,200, add in new bump stops for $20 each corner, maybe strut bearings at $60 each (you may be able to clean and grease yours) and then add in the alignment at $150 and bingo!

If you decide to have someone else do it, I think the book says 8 hours at prevailing rate (at least $700).
