Plenty of correct information here on converting halogen reflector lights to projector HID, in addition to general xenon knowledge.
You may be able to retrofit a bi-xenon projector kit which would eliminate the need for two separate kits for low and high beams. That is, if doing such an install won't fail your MOT.
