when preparing your response you should see a "attach a Photo" option below the text box. It allows you to upload a pic providing that it is no bigger than 2MB.
The other option is to upload a pic to a 3rd party pic site like
imgur: the simple image sharer and just share the link to the pic. imgur actually offers the right code to embed in whatever interface you are using.
