I totally agree with Byprodriver.
If you simply but you back to the seat and sit down.
Put both feet in as you spin in the seat. This is much easier on the back.
I'm 60 and believe me it works. It also works well for my wife on the passenger side. It also keeps the left side bolster of the drivers seat from getting the normal wear spot.

Just my 2 cents.
