No way on the front. My car is lowered about 1" and I recently tried fitting some 265 StarSpecs, which actually measure at 272 mm section width that I had laying around on 43mm offset wheels. They looked like they sort of fit at first until I turned the steering wheel only about 1/4 way to full lock, and the tire hit the body. Not the fender liner, but the body. A 37mm offset would be even worse. I would think you need about a 50 mm offset to fit a 265 tire.

On the rear, it might work depending on the actual section width. My measurements indicate we need a 43-47mm offset to avoid contact with the wheel well, so I have doubts about a 37mm offset working.
