My next door neighbor told me recently they're glad I live in the neighborhood. Said I bring the values up. Then he corrected himself and said

Omaha has a very good Porsche dealership (Woodhouse) - great sales and service. So I see quite a few Porsches, at least one everyday. But I've never seen Signal Green here in the corncob flatlands.
