I spoke with guy that had his top repaired at AAA in Costa Mesa.
They been in business 15 years.

I don't know if they do just the plastic glass replacement or not, couldn't hurt to call them.
I just looked at the paperwork on my car of who the previous owner used for the top replacement. They used Auto-B-Craft Collision Center in Long Beach.

OEM top replacement under insurance, was $1,150.00 done in Mar 2012. before I got the car..
