When I stated that I have never lost a dime on a vehicle I have broken even and the most I have ever cleared is around 15k. My job is to low ball people and contractors and get the best value for my money. I am in the construction and development business and employ 64 full timers and deal with hundreds of contractors a week. I buy and work on cars as a stress relief. So if the op is looking how to get the best deal I think of myself as good instructor. I am planning on selling one of my 928s4s in the next couple weeks and will post the a bill of sale when I get rid of the car. This particular car is an 88 and I have $2500 in the car now. I am changing the tb wp interior suspension wheels and exhaust and I am hoping to get a profit of at least 3k.
