The company tired to shut him up but it looks like the bean counters thought different. Like in the comment section where someone said "...trying to quiet someone that can afford a $100,000 car...", how true. They have a very limited customer base, you damage that reputation and the masses (with their $$$) will migrate somewhere else.
Our IMS issue sounds like one of many that are plaguing the company. Just like our issue, the company is turning a deaf ear to the out cry for a resolution to some known braking problem on the Cayenne.
