I like her style. But I doubt that she will win.

The mileage ratings (and how they are tested and reported) are defined by the goverment, not the car manufacturer. Honda will argue that they are 100% in compliance with the government regulations for mileage and that if someone doesn't like it, they need to sue the government not Honda.
