At this point, you don't have anythng to lose if you try to resolder it. It might even work if you're lucky. You will need a soldering iron with a very fine tip, and a magnifier to see what you are doing. I fixed a credit card size calculator once, it wasn't fun because everything was so small. You might even cheat the dealer out of the $350 they want for a new key with programing.
