I don't know if there is anyone producing what you are looking for but here are a few one offs. Try looking for Stola Spyder, Stola GTS, RK Spyder, and StudioTorino

Stola (StudioTorino) has designed prototypes based on the Boxster and collaborated with Ruf on the RK Spyder.
