Auxiliary oil gauges are widely available and affordable. The one you show in the photos might work well but (to me) would look pretty cheap in a $60-$80,000 car. I would opt for a more comprehensive gauge cluster installed in place of the stock cluster. You can find photos herein from those who have done so.
