I want to sell my personal registration plate 986 TMC
Currently on retention - all that would need to be done would be to send your details on the certificate to DVLA as a nominee and then once that's done, simply take to your local VRO office with your car documents and you have your personal 986 plate.
Open to reasonable offers...
