Doesn't sound like motor mount problem, but as others have said, theres a good chance its gone or about to go. If the waterpump is original, do the pump at the same time. Removing all the coolant hoses makes the motor mount a snap and lowering the engine to remove the mount makes replacing the waterpump a breeze.
