I was reading the forums and it'll cost around $500 to replace the window. Second thing is he mentioned that the car hasn't been serviced in a while because it's been stored but it runs really good. I'm thinking it'll need a full tuneup once I pick it up. Looking around, it seems like that'll run about $800 or so. Now I'm going to definetely use that to negotiate the pricing. Is there anything else I should lookout for or check? Thanks!
You need to get a pre purchase inspection at a Porsche specialist. Not a dealer and not a general mechanic, but someone who works on Porsches extensively. They'll tell you what's good and bad with the car and what it would cost to fix.

The car you're talking about is a couple grand under market. I wonder why.
