Did that just yesterday. Clear, sunny with blue skies so my brother and I mounted our street tires and went for a little canyon carving up Mt. Baldy Road and across Glendora Ridge to the lookout. From there you could see downtown LA and Catalina Island above some low fog. Lots of loose rocks on the ridge road so you had to pay attention but the top down driving was excellent.
